Live Webinar:
Open Source Change Management with Conversational Feedback

Organisations are finding themselves having to adapt to rapidly changing circumstances more than ever before.

The key to successfully navigating change at work is to engage your team. Talk to them about what change looks like, ask them for ideas, and communicate progress back to them.

At a time where people are feeling a loss of control over so many aspects of their lives, helping them own change at work can make a big difference to their well-being and engagement. And ultimately, to your business outcomes.

In our next webinar, we’ll introduce you to an open source change management process and the use of conversational feedback to help drive the process:

  • Using real-time feedback to create conversations that quickly uncover detailed information.
  • Creating a cyclical feedback process to quickly understand the effectiveness of changes
  • Making the process work at scale for large organisations
  • Engaging people leaders for more successful results
